We are a growing hospitality management company seeking an HR & Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys supporting both people and day-to-day operations.
Job Summary: The HR & Administrative Assistant position provides administrative support to the home office and facilitates daily HR functions while providing support with employee relations in conjunction with the HR Manager for multiple restaurant locations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the corporate office, including phone coverage, filing, data entry, correspondence, and general office needs.
- Maintain employee records and files, including employee data changes and required documentation.
- Support recruiting and hiring, including job postings, offer letters, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and orientation.
- Respond to routine HR inquiries and provide support to employees and restaurant management.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and HR reporting.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Managers in Training and the Operations team.
- Administer employee anniversary and recognition programs.
- Support the HR Manager with employee relations, HR programs, special projects, and other general HR functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

And, ideally, you will also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related degree
- Experience in the hospitality industry
This is an on-site position based in Columbia, SC. Applicants must reside in the Columbia area or be able to commute to Columbia, SC on a daily basis.
