Location: Onsite –Avon, MA
Reports to: Distribution Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm (40 hours/week)
Pay Range: $20-$24/hr

Charles D. Sheehy supplies pipe, vales, and fittings to Mechanical Pros across New England. Currently, we are seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our Distribution team to fulfill orders for our customers. If you're a reliable and motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Pick, prepare, and stage materials for delivery
- Verify outbound orders for accuracy
- Assist with loading trucks
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Pitch in with other tasks as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred (but not required – we’ll train you!)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Must be able to read and write basic English

- Must be able to operate P.I.T. equipment (training provided)
