TW - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
inline is a fast-growing restaurant SaaS startup. We power the operational backbone of thousands of restaurants — from reservations, table, and queue management to digital ordering. Our customers range from Michelin-starred restaurants to leading local and regional dining groups. We are a market leader in Taiwan and are actively expanding our global footprint across APAC.
At inline, a recruiter isn't a requisition processor; we are a strategic partner to every team we work with. In this role, you will carry an active recruiting portfolio while leading and coaching a dynamic recruitment team. You will own the end-to-end hiring experience across multiple functions, working closely with hiring managers who are genuinely invested in getting it right.
You'll be joining our team at a meaningful moment: we are scaling quickly across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, and Taiwan, and the talent decisions you make now will shape the teams that drive that growth. If you're looking for a role with real impact, this is it.

▮ ATS integrity: Maintain accuracy and completeness of all candidate data, interview schedules, and feedback records within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to drive efficient recruitment workflows and reporting.
