Omaha, NEPosted Oct 23, 2026

B Street Collision is looking for a detail-oriented, organized Supplemental Parts Coordinator to keep our repair process moving. You'll make sure supplemental parts are ordered correctly and changes to repair plans are handled quickly.

No collision background? That's okay. If you manage your time well, can handle several priorities at once, and are accurate and comfortable on a computer, we'll train you on the rest.

What's in it for you

  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) option, and an HSA with a B Street contribution
  • Work-life balance: paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
  • Paid training and opportunities to grow within the company
  • A technology-supported workflow, including AI-assisted tools that improve accuracy and efficiency

What you'll do

  • Process and manage supplemental parts orders that arise after the initial repair plan is written, ensuring accurate order entry, documentation, and timely delivery
  • Work with vendors on order processing, parts availability, discrepancies, returns, and credits, following up on outstanding items
  • Partner with production and other departments to maintain accurate records and keep order information, repair documentation, and workflow updates aligned
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, recordkeeping, and updating information in B Street's management systems
  • Track multiple orders and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, organization, and efficient communication across departments
  • Follow established procedures and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, accuracy, and efficiency

What you'll need

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple orders, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping
  • Comfort working with computers, databases, and business software, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Clear, professional communication skills when working with internal teams and outside vendors
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments to keep workflows moving
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and availability to work a consistent Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule
