Schedule: 

Tues-Sat  4:00am - 12:30pm

Starting Pay: 34,985/yr

We are looking for someone who:

• Has baking experience in a commercial kitchen
• Has a great work ethic and is very productive
• Has a current Oregon food handlers card
• Is a team player and willing to learn
• A self starter and self manager, always looking for where they can help
• Can stand for long periods of time
• Can lift and carry items up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally

Duties

• Work closely with the other bakers to produce great products and keep shelves full.
• Use appropriate baking techniques to achieve high quality products 
• Use accurate kitchen math and measurements to adjust quantities of recipes
• Plan your day so needed items and tasks are completed efficiently, while still being flexible to change if needed
• Know and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Safe knife skills
