Now Hiring: Floating Grounds Technician | Merced, CA
Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating clean, welcoming communities?
GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Floating Grounds Technician to help maintain the curb appeal and appearance of our apartment communities throughout the Merced area. This hands-on role includes daily property walks, grounds maintenance, litter removal, and traveling between assigned properties to ensure each community looks its best. A valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance are required.
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour + Benefits
Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Requirements
Requirements for Floating Grounds Technician:
- Valid California Driver's License (required)
- Current auto insurance (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive communities
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to travel between assigned communities
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or apartment community experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
