Quality Engineer II - PRIME

Job Description:

Qualification, Knowledge & Academic requirements:

• Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering preferred.

• More than 3 years of experience in Quality.

• Conversational level of technical English.

• Great problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.

• Ability to travel 25% of time (including international).

• Lead Teams.

• Have a solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of Engineering Standards (Quality Tools)

• Knowledge of Statistical Analysis.

Experience requirements:

• Advanced experience in HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS, mechanical and electronics.

• Expert in RCA methods, 8Ds, A3, Core Tools.

• Practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Handling of statistical software WinSPS, Minitab.

• Lead Teams.

• Establish and maintain rapport with the team, through communication and proactivity within the organization.

• Track multiple projects simultaneously to ensure compliance with Milwaukee Tool's schedule and process.

• Follow up Quality related activities in all production lines.
