- Labor and Employment Attorney/Associate - Philadelphia
Offit Kurman is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to support its growing Labor and Employment practice. This position will involve a combination of employment law, labor and HR counseling, legal drafting, and litigation support.
Responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, employee handbooks and policies, demand letters, EEOC responses, and litigation-related filings. Additional duties include document review, proofreading, preparing exhibits, managing document productions, cite-checking, and supporting discovery and other litigation matters.
Experience with employment litigation and familiarity with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be based in or able to work from one of our Philadelphia, Tysons Corner, VA, or Maryland offices (Baltimore, Columbia, Bethesda, or Frederick). Hybrid flexibility available.
Candidates must be highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
