What you’ll achieve
The Product Manager RISonWEB is responsible for driving the strategic and market-oriented development of the RISonWEB solution within the Dedalus Imaging IT portfolio.
This role defines and maintains a clear product vision for a modern, web-based radiology information system, grounded in a deep understanding of clinical, administrative, and operational workflows as well as customer and market requirements. These insights are translated into prioritized product initiatives and reflected in a coherent product roadmap to ensure sustainable product growth, seamless integration within healthcare IT environments, and measurable customer value.
You will:
Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and business requirements to identify product opportunities
Translate needs into clear, structured requirements documentation
Define and maintain Epics and User Stories in alignment with product objectives and development standards
Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer value and business impact
Actively contribute to Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment and delivery focus
Create, maintain, and continuously update the product roadmap in line with strategic objectives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. R&D, Sales, Marketing) to ensure successful product delivery
Manage and align stakeholders by ensuring transparency, clear communication, and expectation management
Support creation of comprehensive product documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Essential Requirements
University degree in Healthcare/Medical IT, Radiographer, or equivalent professional experience
Strong understanding of radiology information systems, healthcare IT workflows, and related integration concepts (e.g., scheduling, reporting, billing, HL7/FHIR, DICOM) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of healthcare IT environments, including radiology workflows and clinical processes
Good English language skills
Desirable Requirements
Professional experience in the field of radiology information systems is a must
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
Domain knowledge of radiology information systems, including scheduling, reporting, workflow management, and patient/study administration concepts
Knowledge about RISonWEB solution is appreciated
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable specifications
Knowledge of radiology processes
Understanding of healthcare IT standards, including HL7, FHIR, DICOM
