Clinic Director - RN

About the Role

IV Nutrition is looking for a Clinic Director who is passionate about leadership, relationship building, and helping people take a proactive approach to their health and wellness.
This role is for a leader who wants to make an impact. You will lead a team that builds meaningful relationships with clients, understands their personal wellness goals, and helps them stay engaged in a wellness journey designed to support those goals through IV Nutrition's services.

A leader who believes education, trust, and accountability can help people stay committed to their wellness journey
Someone who loves developing people and helping team members become confident wellness partners for their clients

Reality Check
This role is responsible for everything that happens in the clinic.
Staff will need coaching. Clients will have concerns. Business goals will need to be achieved. Operational challenges will arise daily.
Your job is to lead through it, solve issues quickly, develop your team, grow the business, and create meaningful client relationships that support both wellness goals and long-term clinic success.
You are accountable for the clinic's people, performance, culture, client satisfaction, relationships, and financial results.
If you are not comfortable being fully accountable for both people and performance, this role will not be a fit.
