We are seeking qualified HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineers to support our development of company master specifications. This role is ideal for experienced engineers, semi-retired professionals, or consultants looking for meaningful part-time work approximately 2–3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining company master specifications. (Specpoint Software).
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to improve document quality and consistency.
- Professional experience in MEP engineering design including specific experience with large, technical, & complex projects in mission critical and laboratory design.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, codes, coordination practices, and QA/QC review processes.
- Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with internal project teams.
- Prior experience developing or reviewing master specifications is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
