Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Billing Clerk to join our team in Redlands. The primary responsibility of this role is accurate and timely customer order entry into our ERP system. Billing and accounting support responsibilities will be administrative in nature initially, with opportunities to expand as experience and business needs grow.
The ideal candidate is highly accurate, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential.
Essential Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system for the warehouse to fulfill.
- Accurately enter orders into the ERP system for billing.
- Review orders for completeness and resolve discrepancies before processing.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and supporting documentation.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- 1+ years of data entry, order entry, accounting support, or administrative experience.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
