We are seeking a friendly, administrative professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, creating great first impressions, and supporting a collaborative, professional team environment. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Be an ambassador of Henry & Peters’ mission and reputation by welcoming clients, visitors, and vendors to the Tyler office and providing exceptional customer service

• Manage incoming firm communications including phone calls and digital communications 

• Maintain an orderly and professional front office environment

• Coordinate and track mail and client documents, schedule and prepare conference rooms, and maintain firm-wide calendars

• Support firm leadership and staff with document scanning, accounts receivable, spreadsheet updates and reporting, and other administrative projects as needed 

• Help ensure a positive experience for clients and employees every day
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING 

• 3–5 years of administrative, customer service, or reception experience 

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 

• Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service excellence 

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred 

• Available to work overtime, including Saturdays during peak periods, with overtime compensated
