Customer Support and Sales Representative
Our client is seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Support and Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.
The customer support and sales representative plays a key role in delivering personalized services and supporting daily operations at our showroom.
In this role you will:
- Greet showroom visitors
- Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Assist customers in selecting cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes by understanding their preferences, needs, and budgets
- Utilize in-house design software and productivity tools such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Order materials by preparing sales and purchase orders
- Coordinate deposits, payments, and material deliveries
- Draft project contracts
- Schedule material delivery and installations
- Process warranty and return forms
The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service and communications skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. An interest in design is preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow in the home design and remodeling space. Flexible work hours with some Saturday availability to meet customer needs.
