Field Trainer

Field Trainer Job Summary  

The Field Trainer position is an entry level position that assumes the responsibility of learning, operating, and training on various software systems that the company utilizes to perform and enhance best practices. This job requires some travel to work with various branches in onboarding and training. Building and conducting trainings is a priority for this position and requires excellent public speaking, organizational and computer skills as well as content knowledge. This role requires working closely with other departments to strategize, provide insight and train on new processes.  

 

Field Trainer Essential Functions and Duties  

• Travel to Branch locations to train and instruct internal employees as needed 

• Conduct new hire trainings 

• Be a subject matter expert on software programs

• Manage and create LMS (Learning Management System) modules 

• Create virtual trainings and conduct them independently 

• Co-conduct corporate trainings  

• Answer training helpdesk tickets 

• Work closely with the support center departments to assist with operational trainings 

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of your working time 
  
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this position

Field Trainer Skills and Qualifications  

• Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred
   

• Analytical and methodical when approaching challenges

• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Suite 

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency 

Pay Structure 

• $18 per hour
