Job Description:

Site Inspector (UAE National)

Dubai, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Inspector (UAE National) to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and installation practices on site.
• Review and verify that work is carried out in accordance with applicable engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Report construction progress, site observations, non-conformances, and potential issues to the project team.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and engineering teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, daily reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance across the project site.
• Assist with the inspection and approval of completed works and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support project engineers and site management in ensuring work is delivered according to schedule and quality requirements.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Diploma or High School certificate.
• Candidate must be a UAE National.
• Previous experience or interest in construction site inspection and supervision activities.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, applicable industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Willingness to work on construction sites and conduct field inspections.
