About the role 



As our Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing the Inspire brand to life across digital channels. From creating engaging content and managing social media to optimising our website, running digital campaigns, analysing performance, and supporting fundraising initiatives, every day offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact. Duties & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Support the implementation of Inspire's marketing, communications, digital marketing and fundraising strategy.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across social media, website and email channels.
  • Create engaging digital content that promotes Inspire's services, programmes, events and fundraising initiatives.
  • Contribute creative ideas that increase awareness, engagement and support for Inspire's mission.
  • Plan, execute and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns, ensuring effective budget allocation and continuous performance improvement.

Website & Digital Platforms

  • Own and manage Inspire's website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Maintain and optimise the website CMS, including technical updates, SEO, page architecture and user experience improvements.
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing and campaign reporting.
  • Act as the department's digital systems expert, supporting marketing technologies, CRM integrations and digital platforms.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create, schedule and publish compelling content across Inspire's social media channels.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond where appropriate and identify opportunities to grow audience reach.
  • Produce marketing materials including digital assets, newsletters, brochures, presentations, posters and promotional content.
  • Ensure all communications reflect Inspire's brand identity, tone of voice and organisational values.

Analytics & Performance

  • Monitor website, email and social media performance using analytics platforms.
  • Produce meaningful reports and translate insights into recommendations that improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Track marketing KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to the Brand & Fundraising Manager.
  • Lead brand consistency across all digital platforms by conducting regular audits and implementing improvements where required.

Events & Fundraising Support

  • Provide marketing support before, during and after events through photography, digital content, signage and promotional materials.
  • Support fundraising campaigns by creating engaging marketing materials that strengthen donor engagement and public awareness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather stories, photography and campaign content that showcase Inspire's impact.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external partners to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings with the Fundraising Administrator, internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain marketing databases, campaign trackers, content calendars and departmental records.
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Brand & Fundraising Department.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Brand & Fundraising Manager.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities

  • Report any potential data breaches immediately to the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
  • Promote continuous improvement by sharing ideas that enhance processes, efficiency and collaboration.
  • Support the development, implementation and compliance of organisational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all marketing activities and events comply with Health & Safety, accessibility and organisational standards.

  • Champion best practices within the department and support the successful implementation of new processes and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field, or a minimum of two years' equivalent professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience using digital marketing platforms and tools, including:
    • Google Analytics and Google Search Console
    • Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads
    • WordPress or equivalent CMS
    • Email marketing and automation platforms
    • Canva, Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Cloud

Desirable

  • Experience managing SEO and website optimisation.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve digital marketing outcomes.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
