Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor injection molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic components while maintaining production standards and workplace safety.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or machine operation experience who are looking to build their skills in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines during production.
• Inspect finished plastic parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove, handle, and package completed plastic components.
• Monitor production processes and report equipment issues or product defects.
• Perform basic quality checks and maintain accurate production records as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet production goals while maintaining consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Plastic injection molding experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work a morning, swing, or overnight shift, depending on business needs.
