As a Housekeeping Service Attendant / Houseperson, you will play a key role in supporting our Housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
What you'll do:
- Support Room Attendants with linen, amenities and guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas
- Deliver and restock housekeeping supplies across the hotel
- Assist with minibar replenishment and stock control
- Work closely with housekeeping and hotel teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
What you'll bring:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous hotel, housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
