Role Overview

Rove Concepts and Rove Next are seeking an experienced Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns across both brands, helping drive customer engagement, retention, repeat purchases, and long-term loyalty.

The ideal candidate enjoys creating personalized customer experiences, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously improving customer journeys through data-driven marketing.

What You'll Do

• Execute email marketing campaigns across Rove Concepts and Rove Next.
  
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and retention flows.
  
• Develop customer segmentation to deliver personalized marketing experiences.
  
• Work closely with the Creative and E-Commerce teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  
• Create, test, and optimize email content, subject lines, layouts, and calls-to-action.
  
• Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
  
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  
• Maintain email marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  
• Stay up to date with email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing best practices.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within an e-commerce business.
  
• Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar.
  
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle campaigns.
  
• Basic HTML knowledge for email editing is considered an asset.
  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
