Programme Overview


Our Marketing Internship Programme offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, insights, and global markets. You won’t just be supporting marketing activities—you’ll be helping bring high-value intelligence products to market, shaping how we engage clients across regions including ASEAN, Japan, and Korea.


You will gain hands-on experience across brand, digital, and content marketing, contributing to real campaigns that support a global client base. From content creation to campaign execution and performance analysis, you’ll develop practical skills that reflect how modern B2B marketing operates in a data-driven organisation.



Key Responsibilities


Website Maintenance & Digital Operations

•Assist with day-to-day corporate website updates, content uploads, and landing page management using the content management system (CMS).
•Ensure digital assets, brand imagery, and event promotions are accurately reflected across localized web properties.
•Collaborate closely with design and technical teams to maintain visual alignment and improve the digital user experience.


Content Localization & Translation

•Translate and localize complex financial market intelligence materials, marketing copy, and webinar promotional assets between English and Chinese.
•Ensure all localized marketing text is clear, professional, and accurately reflects macroeconomic terms and industry-specific workflows.
•Support the creation and proofreading of newsletters, product brochures, and email marketing campaigns.


Data Analysis & Reporting

•Track and monitor key marketing performance metrics across digital channels, including website traffic, landing page conversions, and email campaign results.
•Compile and analyze data to help evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
•Maintain clean database records and assist with CRM data hygiene to optimize lead nurturing and sales handovers.


Event & Campaign Support

•Assist the marketing team with the execution of both online webinars and local offline marketing events.
•Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support for regional marketing campaigns.




Required Skills & Experience


Knowledge & Skills

•Native or near-native fluency in Chinese, alongside excellent written and spoken English, to handle precise financial translations.
•Strong computer literacy; familiarity with website CMS platforms, HTML/CSS basics, or web development frameworks is a distinct advantage.
•Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms like Salesforce).
•Intellectual curiosity and an interest in learning about macroeconomic data, financial markets, and global business dynamics.

Education & Availability

•Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
•Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week for at least 3–6 months.
