Wine Club & Customer Experience Manager

Not for someone to answer emails. For someone to own a process, build a system, and make sure our guests never feel like a ticket number.

A24 Group operates Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens in West Sussex (Michelin star, Michelin Key, No. 56 World's Best Vineyards 2025), Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate in Walker Bay (Top 100 World's Best Vineyards 2023 and 2024, UNESCO Biosphere), and Mannings Heath Golf & Wine Estate in West Sussex.

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Wine Club Manager based in Bellville, Cape Town.

This role reports directly to the Group CEO.

You will own:
- All guest and customer communications across three internationally recognised estates
- Wine club administration for both our UK and South Africa clubs
- Multi-platform operations across VTiger, RoomRaccoon, Shopify, and Recurpay
- Administrative support to our Golf Director at Mannings Heath
- Service recovery processes built to convert complaints into loyalty

We are not looking for someone who needs to be managed. We are looking for someone who is process-driven by instinct, AI-native by practice, articulate under pressure, and organised to the point where others notice it.

Your background is airline loyalty, hospitality CRM, premium membership club administration, or wine subscription operations. You have built or improved a process that made a measurable difference. You use AI tools every day and you do not need to be convinced of the value.
