Fashion Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of offshore product development and production activities. Working closely with the Sourcing & Production Manager, offshore suppliers and internal teams, you'll help ensure products are manufactured to Grace Loves Lace's exceptional quality standards, delivered on time, and supported by accurate production documentation throughout the product lifecycle.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate production timelines and assist in managing the critical path to ensure key deadlines are achieved.
  • Prepare samples, technical packs and documentation for fit sessions.
  • Attend fit sessions, record fit comments and communicate updates to offshore suppliers.
  • Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate production information in NetSuite.
  • Build strong relationships with offshore suppliers to ensure production milestones are met.
  • Coordinate sample movement, shipment tracking and liaise with freight forwarders and Inventory Control.
  • Support quality assurance processes, including fabric testing, third-party inspections and supplier quality feedback.
  • Prepare production reports and support ongoing process improvements.


About You:

You'll be highly organised, proactive and passionate about quality, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll also bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience in garment manufacturing, apparel production or sourcing.
  • A strong understanding of production processes and critical path management.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with offshore suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system (preferred).
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
