Job Description
As the Technical Program Manager at EdgeUno, you will play a strategic role in overseeing a portfolio of related
network infrastructure projects, ensuring they are aligned with company-wide objectives, properly prioritized, and delivered with consistency across scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate across multiple project teams and stakeholders, identify interdependencies between initiatives, and ensure that individual projects collectively contribute to broader business and infrastructure goals, including risk mitigation at the program level.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent network infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic objectives.
- Manage and deliver services to clients across the entire product portfolio of the company.
- Establish program-level governance, identifying dependencies, shared resources, and risks across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with the team and help your peers grow through hands-on mentorship, product guidance, and customer interactions.
- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the program lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risks across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure that project teams meet the objectives and goals of each initiative on time and on budget, while championing the quality and integrity of the end result across the program.
- Effectively and clearly manage both internal and external communications across multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.
- Monitor and allocate resources across projects to streamline efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs at the program level.
- Prioritize and promote clarity in a highly dynamic and demanding environment.
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders across the project portfolio.
- Perform risk management at both the project and program level to minimize overall risk exposure.
- Report program outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project and program work plans.
Requirements
- C1 English level
- Mandatory experience working at a network infrastructure provider or similar company, with direct exposure to backbone connectivity, IP transit, interconnection, or large-scale infrastructure operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in program/project management for network infrastructure initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects or a project portfolio, not limited to single-project delivery.
- Strong history of delivering client services across diverse product portfolios.
- Proficient in team mentorship, product guidance, and fostering customer interactions.
- Proficiency in establishing program and project governance processes and managing risk across multiple initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with external resources.
