Work Schedule: 7:00am to 4:00pm 

Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week after 1 month full onsite training

Job Overview


The Talent Acquisition Specialist main task is to perform full cycle recruitment for internal job requisitions. The person will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead. On a day-to-day basis, the Talent Acquisition Specialist works proactively to fill open positions with top talent and assist the back-office team with other HR and administrative tasks. 


Responsibilities


  • Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with internship/0–2 years experience in recruitment or HR
  • Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment is an advantage (training will be provided)
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms is a plus
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
