Picker / Packer - Temporary

We are currently accepting applications for a Temporary Picker / Packer to join our team on the Monday through Friday 10:30am-7:30pm shift at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters.
What you will be doing
- Pick, pack, and process samples with accuracy to meet daily production and delivery expectations.
- Meet and exceed SLAs by following efficient workflows, identifying process improvements, and supporting overall fulfillment performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace that meets company standards and is always ready for internal tours or inspections.
What You Bring to the Table
- Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Excellent time management
- Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus
- Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus
- Fork lift experience is a plus
Compensation
This is a four‑month temporary, part‑time position scheduled for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role is based at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters and offers a pay rate of $19.25 per hour.
