Consolidation Specialist
At OMHC/FTMO Group, we prepare the consolidated results of our fast-growing international group — including our overseas brokerage subgroup, OANDA. As we scale, we're expanding our consolidation team and looking for an experienced Consolidation Specialist to help us improve our consolidation function within the whole group.
Key steps of the group consolidation process are done in the CCH Tagetik system — from quarterly, and yearly consolidation entries to intercompany reconciliations — while acting as first-level support for entities across the group.
You will also cooperate directly with colleagues at OANDA and FTMO subgroup foreign entities, gain exposure to a truly international finance function, and have real room to grow as our consolidation team and processes keep expanding.
What will you do?
Support quarterly, and yearly group closing so our consolidated reporting stays accurate and high quality.
Maintain group consolidation entries during the close process and support the group consolidation process in CCH Tagetik.
Perform regular reconciliations of intercompany balances.
Act as first-level support for entities on reporting and consolidation queries — from financial reporting guidelines and the chart of accounts to accounting and consolidation topics.
Communicate with FTMO foreign entities on a regular basis (with a focus on delivering accounting documents and reports for quarterly consolidation).
Work directly with our colleagues at OANDA, our overseas brokerage subgroup, keeping intercompany data, reporting, and communication aligned across borders and time zones.
Support Group Finance reporting requirements, audit activities, and statutory follow-up actions.
Support future implementation of Tagetik into OANDA subgroup.
Get involved in finance automation and AI projects — and help shape how we do consolidation next.
What do we expect from you?
University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in financial consolidation, audit, or financial reporting.
Experience from a Big 4 firm or directly within an international company's consolidation team is an advantage.
Fluent Czech and English, both written and spoken.
Methodical, accurate, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Excellent analytical skills with strong conceptual thinking abilities.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with proactive problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and seek solutions in a dynamic environment, while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.
Experience with ERP systems and consolidation tools is an advantage (CCH Tagetik, OneStream, etc.).
Friendly attitude and willingness to share know-how and support the development of less experienced colleagues.
Motivation for further professional development.
