Senior Program Manager

Required Skills:

• A successful candidate will have the outstanding communication skills to build relationships and act as a liaison between the Government customer to understand pain points and the team of cloud architects and technicians responsible for delivering the new system.
• The candidate will need to be a strong leader to manage the existing operational team to keep the current application stable and handle a high volume of daily tickets in a timely manner.
• Must have experience meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with a large team.
• The role requires a public trust clearance and hybrid work flexibility (mostly remote but when necessary visiting contractor site offices in Herndon and Falls Church).

 

Desired Skills:

• Cloud architecture experience is a plus – the engineers will be doing the heavy lifting, but this person will need to understand what they are doing to be able to communicate between them and the customer.
