Executive - Sales and Underwriting

Job Description

Atlas Healthcare is one of Malta’s premium providers of Health and Life Insurance and Pension products. Atlas fosters a dynamic environment with a focus on excellence in customer service and the provision of innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking to onboard an energetic and dedicated Executive - Sales and Underwriting to join our team in this rapidly growing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the growth of Atlas Healthcare through sales, underwriting and customer service activities.
• Provide excellent support to existing clients while helping to develop new business opportunities.
• Process payments and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Assist with medical underwriting and policy administration.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver efficient and high-quality client service.
• Maintain and develop technical product knowledge and contribute to process improvements.
• Support initiatives that contribute to Atlas Healthcare's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Good understanding of underwriting and customer servicing processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience in health insurance
• Insurance, business or related qualifications will be considered an asset.
