Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance.
Accurately reconcile and audit daily financial transactions, ensuring all records are balanced
Generate and distribute necessary reports for management review
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure the security and safety of guests and hotel property during overnight hours.
Work closely with other departments to prepare for the next business day.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be reliable, detail oriented, and available to work overnight shifts, including weekends.
High school education preferred
Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
