The Role
Mandara Spa at Atlantis is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and help drive retail and service performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone looking to grow a career in luxury spa and hospitality management.
What You'll Do
- Support daily spa operations and guest flow
- Lead and coach front desk and retail teams
- Deliver service excellence and high guest satisfaction
- Support retail sales, inventory management, and POS operations
- Use POS systems (Book4Time preferred)
- Partner with the Spa Director to meet operational goals
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, spa, or retail
- POS system experience (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- A guest-focused, reliable, and professional approach
- Spa or wellness experience (preferred)
