Eagle Quest is seeking compassionate, motivated, and skilled Family Services Specialists to provide direct support and case management services to youth and families throughout the community.

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities

The Family Resource Specialist serves as the primary case manager for assigned youth and families, providing comprehensive assessments, individualized case planning, intervention services, resource coordination, and ongoing support. This position works directly with families in home, community, and office-based settings to deliver services that promote family stability, strengthen protective factors, and reduce barriers to success.

Family Resource Specialists play a critical role in helping youth and families access resources, develop skills, and build sustainable support systems while utilizing a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to service delivery.

Family Assessment & Case Planning

· Conduct family needs assessments

· Develop individualized case plans and safety plans

· Identify family strengths, needs, goals, and barriers

· Monitor progress and adjust service plans as needed


What You'll Do

Direct Family Support

· Provide one-on-one support and intervention services to youth and families

· Potential to conduct home visits and community-based meetings when appropriate

· Facilitate ongoing case management services

· Support families in achieving identified goals and improving overall stability

Resource Coordination & Advocacy

· Connect families with community resources and support services

· Advocate for youth and families within schools, agencies, and community systems

· Assist families in navigating complex service systems

· Build collaborative relationships with community partners

Collaboration & Documentation

· Work closely with schools, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams

· Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation

· Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities

· Ensure services are delivered in accordance with program standards and best practices


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Family Studies, or a related helping profession required· Ability to travel throughout the community and conduct home visits as needed· Knowledge of case management practices, crisis intervention, and community resources preferred· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary tea
  •  Strong written communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  •  Experience working with youth, families, or community-based programs preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required



Work Environment

This position combines office-based, community-based, and home-based service delivery. Family Resource Specialists may be required to travel throughout the community to meet with youth and families, attend collaborative meetings, and support families in accessing resources and services.
