Panel Assembler - Sterling, MA

Westaff is looking for Electro-Mechanical Panel Assembler in the Sterling, MA area for Immediate Start!

Location: Sterling, MA

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $18-$25/hour DOE

This position is responsible for assembling panels and subassemblies.

Responsibilities:

Assemble panels and subassemblies
Perform wiring, cable preparation, and soldering
Read work instructions, drawings, and schematics
Use hand tools and basic testing equipment
Inspect finished products for quality
Maintain accurate production records
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience
Experience using hand tools
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written instructions
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Preferred:

Soldering experience
Electronic assembly experience
Experience with wire harnesses and cable assemblies
