Salary:  £43,442
- £47,119 per annum depending upon experience, plus generous employer pension contributions and other benefits.  

Contract: Full time (37.5 hours per week); Permanent 

Location: Hybrid: SU Scotland's Glasgow Office/Home

Start Date: Autumn 2026

Scripture Union Scotland is a national charity, with 140 staff and 2,500 volunteers. Our vision is to see every child and young person of Scotland exploring the Bible and responding to the significance of Jesus.At the heart of our current strategy is a focus on growing SU Scotland’s ministry, especially in priority communities and with priority schools and young people, removing barriers and partnering with local churches. 

We are now seeking an experienced Head of CRM and Analytics to manage the ongoing implementation and development of our MS Dynamics365 CRM and to ensure that the system is used to it’s full potential to support the ministry of SU Scotland.

 

Purpose:  

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, to lead SU Scotland’s strategic development, delivery and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring that organisational processes, reporting, data analysis and insight inform ministry decision making, support training development, and strengthen strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the ongoing development and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (D365) across SU Scotland.
• Ensure the CRM supports organisational strategy, reporting, communication, data quality and compliance.
• Translate organisational needs into practical CRM improvements including dashboards, reports and business processes.
• Support colleagues and key user groups through training, guidance and user adoption activity.
• Work with external CRM, IT and related technical suppliers to deliver system improvements, integrations and support.
• Maintain confidence in the accuracy, reliability and responsible use of organisational data.
• Provide insight and analysis to support decision making across fundraising, finance, volunteering, digital and wider 
  

Who we are looking for:

To achieve this, we want to identify someone with a vibrant Christian faith who has a heart to use their IT skills to support SU Scotland's ministry. The successful applicant should possess proven project management skills and a strong working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Dynamics365. Experience of managing suppliers and to build relationships across the organisation is essential. 

For this post, it is important that you are committed to SU Scotland’s ethos, working principles and vision and can demonstrate this through your commitment and motivation. It is also an Occupational Requirement (Equality Act - part 1, schedule 9), that the post-holder is a committed Christian.
