  • Loading and unloading the vehicles of the freight forwarders in accordance with legal, technical and internal regulations
  • Performing re-loading work and re-loading checks based on the shipping order and freight list
  • Checking the removed/provided goods to ensure they are correct and in the correct quantities
  • Providing goods on time in the assigned dispatch area, ready for delivery, in accordance with customer-specific packaging regulations
  • Accepting/storing goods that are ready for dispatch in the ramp-accessible warehouse
  • Identifying shipments that are ready for re-loading with labels and the delivery note once these have been provided by the dispatch office
  • Checking removed/provided goods for any clearly identifiable damage, labelling errors or incorrect packaging
  • Removing goods that are ready for dispatch from Dispatch/the ramp-accessible warehouse based on the freight list
  • Informing the Manager in the event of any errors or unclear process steps
  • Actively participating in providing continuous improvements and solutions to problems within the assigned area, and initiating the relevant measures
