About The Role
The Deployment Systems Technician II plays a critical role in preparing, configuring, testing, and packaging technology equipment scheduled for deployment. This includes, but is not limited to, credit card terminals, 360 Pro register systems, printers, scanners, and related peripheral hardware.
This is an intermediate-level position within the Deployment Systems Technician track. The primary focus of the role is in-house pre-deployment work, including equipment preparation, quality checks, labeling, packing, documentation, and deployment readiness. However, this is not a warehouse-only position. Deployment Systems Technicians are also expected to understand and perform field deployment work and will complete a limited number of field installs each month to maintain practical installation knowledge.
At this level, the technician is expected to complete routine pre-deployment tasks with limited supervision, identify and resolve common preparation issues, and support both in-house and field deployment needs with greater independence.
In addition to technical responsibilities, this position may also support general warehouse, packaging, labeling, shipping, and equipment organization duties as needed.
