Your mission at Sistema.bio
Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Manager, the Marketing Associate will support the implementation of plans and initiatives relating to the brand, channel partners, and customers in order to drive brand equity. He/She will actively contribute to market research activities, generating valuable insights to inform organizational strategies. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Marketing Associate will provide coordination and administrative support for various marketing initiatives.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Supporting and implementing promotional strategies tailored for partners
- Ensuring initiatives align with budgets and maintain consistency in marketing support
- Collaborating with the Designer and Content Writer on digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Updating the prospective partners list
- Managing the library and repositories
- Identifying and managing agencies for research and marketing services, ensuring cost efficiency
- Handling merchandising end-to-end, from vendor identification to distribution, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Executing strategies within the assigned budget for maximum effectiveness
- Owning planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns and content calendars on Facebook and Instagram
- Coordinating post scheduling, creative approvals, and timely publishing for consistent brand presence
- Tracking and analyzing campaign metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) to optimize content strategy
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation across touchpoints
- Upholding brand guidelines, standards, and messaging in all communication materials
- Conducting regular audits for brand consistency across channels
- Acting as a liaison between new Business Development, Partnerships, and Sales to align brand messaging
- Identifying and evaluating farmer- and partner-focused events aligned with brand objectives
- Coordinating participation and on-ground execution for maximum visibility and engagement
- Providing regular reports on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform brand strategy
- Gathering insights and creating impact reports for projects
More about YOU:
Education:
Graduate/MBA in Marketing
Key Experiences & Skills:
- Minimum 18+ months of experience in the consumer products, agri, or dairy sector
- Experience in product, B2B, and/or channel/partner marketing
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), including content planning, scheduling, and performance analysis
- Experience working with vendors/agencies on merchandising and branding — sourcing, execution, and distribution
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with other team leads to gain the knowledge needed to inform initiatives
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Inclination to leverage technology as a tool across all marketing strategies and offerings
