Positions Available:
🧸 Classroom Teacher (Various Ages)
📅 Schedule: Depends on the children in your classroom and their arrival and departure patterns.
📌 Job Type: Full-Time or Part Time 9:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M.
📍 Location: Pitt County, NC
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a teaching team to plan, implement, and assess student learning and development.
- Build meaningful, communication-focused relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
- Ensure compliance with NC-DCDEE policies and guidelines (including sanitation and CACFP regulations).
- Foster a classroom environment that promotes literacy, learning, and engagement.
- Support an inclusive, child-centered atmosphere where every child can feel confident and secure to explore and grow.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
🎓 Preferred Education:
- NC Childcare Credentials
🧑🏫 Experience: At least 6 months of licensed childcare experience preferred.
💡 Skills:
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of child development and behavior
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
