Hotel McCoy Tucson is a vibrant, art-filled boutique motor lodge where creativity, hospitality, and cleanliness come together to create unforgettable guest experiences. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Hotel McCoy standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels, and amenities.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all room surfaces and bathrooms.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and missing items.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area.
• Clean public areas as assigned.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all company cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room assignments while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Provide friendly, respectful service when interacting with guests.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and remain active throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Team player with a commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences.
