The Opportunity
As our Fractional CMO, you will own the overarching marketing vision and strategy for CloudSmiths. You won't just keep the wheels turning—you’ll architect high-impact demand gen strategies, solidify our brand identity, and partner directly with our CEO and Exco to turn marketing into a predictable revenue driver.
What You’ll Own
- Strategic Growth: Build and execute an agile, high-growth B2B marketing roadmap tied directly to revenue goals.
- Brand & Positioning: Refine CloudSmiths’ value proposition, brand narrative, and market differentiation across all channels.
- Demand Generation: Oversee digital marketing, ABM campaigns, and content strategies to deliver high-converting pipeline (MQLs to SQLs).
- Executive Advisory: Serve as the strategic marketing authority to the Exco, leveraging data and market insights to guide strategy.
- Thought Leadership & Events: Drive modern content, PR, and event initiatives (webinars, roundtables) that showcase our cloud expertise.
What You Bring
- Proven Executive Leadership: Extensive experience as a CMO, VP, or Fractional Head of Marketing within B2B SaaS, cloud, or enterprise tech services.
- Growth Mindset: Strong expertise in modern B2B tech marketing, performance media, ABM, and modern marketing stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4).
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to connect creative marketing outputs directly to CAC, ROMI, and pipeline creation.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills.
