Head of Growth
About the Role
Lead the growth strategy for a scaling AI and B2B SaaS company, owning initiatives across marketing and product growth. You will build the growth function, manage a substantial global budget, and report directly to the CEO.
What You'll Do
Own and optimize the growth funnel across performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
Drive product growth across funnel design, pricing, positioning, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
Build and scale a high-performing growth team, including setting its strategy and hiring talent.
Use analytics and experimentation to allocate budget and prioritize initiatives across channels.
Lead expansion into international markets and track growth performance across geographies.
Report on growth metrics, budget performance, and strategic priorities to the CEO.
What We're Looking For
At least 8 years in marketing or growth leadership, with a track record scaling companies from early stage to eight- or nine-figure ARR.
Experience managing annual marketing budgets of €15 million or more with P&L accountability.
Demonstrated success launching in international markets and delivering measurable revenue impact.
Experience leading marketing and product marketing across brand, demand generation, website, onboarding, and funnel optimization.
Strong growth analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRO, website optimization, and lifecycle and retention strategies.
Experience building and leading growth or marketing teams, setting KPIs, and reporting to a CEO.
Background in high-growth B2B or product-led SaaS, ideally in AI, enterprise software, or another technology-driven sector.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €150,000 to €250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Other potential locations include Vienna, Barcelona, and London. Relocation support is available.
