About Pro Sport

Pro Sport is a multi-disciplinary sports medicine clinic with locations in Silverdale, Gig Harbor, and Kent, WA. Our physical therapists work side-by-side with orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, chiropractors, primary care sports medicine providers, PAs, and massage therapists in a fully integrated care model.

This is an outpatient sports and orthopedic role built around progressive, strength-based rehabilitation and return-to-performance outcomes—not volume-driven care.

You’ll fit well here if you’re looking for:

  • True 1:1 patient care with no PTAs and no double-booking
  • A sports and orthopedic caseload focused on active adults and athletes
  • Progressive, strength-based rehab with a return-to-performance mindset
  • Structured mentorship, case review, and intentional clinical development
  • Clear growth and leadership opportunities within a collaborative sports medicine team

This role is ideal for a physical therapist who enjoys working with active patients, values collaboration, and wants to grow clinically while developing leadership skills in a sports medicine setting.

Apply today—we’re actively interviewing and happy to answer questions.
