Pastoral Internship (Paid)

The Pastoral Internship of Divine Unity Community Church (DUCC) is designed to be an intense time of training and development for individuals exploring possible callings to full-time, senior-level ministry leadership. Working with the Lead Pastor and/or other members of the Lead Team, they will have the opportunity to identify their own gifting and calling, receive instruction on leading/planting churches, experience impartation of the DUCC leadership culture, and have the opportunity to be hands-on involved in the work of ministry. 

Position Logistics: This is a 2-year paid internship; equivalent to part-time work load

Key Objectives

1. Discipline – develop the practices that maintain spiritual vitality.
2. Discernment – gain clarity in God’s Will and purpose for your life
3. Direction – demonstrate missional-living in daily life.
4. Dream – be empowered and launched Out to Pursue their calling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Resuscitate or aid ministry areas in need within the church. 
2. Assist Lead Team in completing various ministry projects.
3. Work with ministry teams to host momentum services and prayer mappings in target cities.
4. Other responsibilities as assigned and/or tailored to personal calling and gifting.
5. Attending leadership meetings
6. Complete DULI or educational equivalent
