Senior Associate, Special Projects & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

Special Projects Support

  • Support execution of special projects from initial scoping through analysis and delivery.
  • Assist in structuring project workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to initiatives spanning strategy, operations, financial analysis, and organizational insight.

Analytics & Financial Analysis

  • Build and maintain financial models, analytical tools, and scenario analyses.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support preparation of decision‑ready analysis for leadership and stakeholders.

Research & Insight Development

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Synthesize findings into clear summaries, presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Assist with due diligence, benchmarking, and business case development.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with teams across Finance, Operations, and Philanthropies to gather inputs and validate analyses.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project outputs.
  • Support communication and tracking of deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.

Execution & Process Support

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across analytical outputs.
  • Support documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and project learnings.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in analytical tools, templates, and project processes.

 

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field required.

Experience

  • 4–7+ years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, strategy, consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting complex, analytical, or cross‑functional projects preferred.
  • Exposure to professional services, philanthropy, or nonprofit environments a plus.

 

The base salary range for this position is:

$135,000 - 155,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
