Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Compass Health Network in Troy, Missouri.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
- Join a newly established FQHC clinic opening in April 2026.
- Practice in a structured, template-based outpatient setting with no hospital responsibilities.
- See approximately 15-20 patients per day with capped scheduling templates.
- Receive administrative time once the panel reaches 200 patients per month.
- Work with an engaged leadership team providing onboarding, mentorship, and clinical support.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $275,000 base salary.
- $10,000-$20,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- MD or DO.

- Comfortable with a 20-mile non-compete radius.
- New graduates welcome with strong onboarding support.
