The role:
Crown Sydney is home to the ultra-prestigious Crown Residences at One Barangaroo, and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join our Residential Doorperson team.
As a Crown Ambassador, you’ll deliver exceptional service to residents and visitors of One Barangaroo, ensuring a seamless and professional arrival and departure experience. This opportunity is key to coordinating seamless residential entrance operations, including guest greeting and assistance, driveway and door activities, and the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles. You’ll work closely with other departments across the property to ensure smooth, detailed and holistic experiences.
Our Residential Doorperson team work across a rotating roster, where you’ll need flexibility to commit to shifts between 7 am and 11.30 pm. Rosters are provided in advance and include a predictable mix of day, evening and weekend shifts – giving you the opportunity to enjoy a work/life balance.
You’ll be:
Delivering personalised and professional service experiences to residents and their guests, ensuring a warm and engaging presence on the driveway
Executing core arrival and departure services, including luggage handling, vehicle coordination and driveway management
Coordinating the accurate and timely delivery of resident items, including newspapers and special requests
Assisting the Residential Concierge team to deliver smooth and effective day-to-day operations
Promptly responding to individual resident and guest needs
Liaising with other departments across the hotel such as Bell Services, Front Office, Crown Spa and Events (when required) to ensure successful delivery of daily operational requirements
Offering expertise of residential services, building facilities and relevant precinct offers for residents and guests
You’ll bring:
Demonstrated experience in a guest-facing role within a hotel, hospitality or residential environment
A full, unrestricted NSW drivers licence
Ability to provide superior service and uphold expectations within a luxury environment
Strong ability to multi-task and remain composed in high-pressure environments with VIP guests
Excellent communication and time management experience
Ability to work with and manage multiple channels of communication and technology
Understanding of Residential or Hotel PMS, such as MYBOS or OPERA is advantageous
