Do you enjoy solving technical problems and being the person customers rely on when it matters? PBS Cayman (Productive Business Solutions Technologies (Cayman) Limited / CBM Ltd) is looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Service Technician to join our Service team. You’ll install, maintain and repair the technology our customers depend on every day – from printers to ATMs, network equipment and software – and be the first person on site for customers in your area.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, you will:

  • Respond quickly to customer installation, maintenance and service calls, and get customers back up and running.

  • Install, set up, test and calibrate equipment, including NCR ATMs, printers and other hardware.

  • Carry out regular preventative maintenance – cleaning, calibrating and adjusting equipment to keep it performing at its best.

  • Support customers across hardware, networking, multi-vendor equipment and software.

  • Keep accurate records of your service work and handle customer information in confidence.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with occasional weekend work based on client needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A bachelor’s degree.

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • A valid driver’s licence.

  • Strong customer service skills and the confidence to work independently.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A competitive salary paid monthly.

  • Health insurance and pension.

  • Vacation leave.

  • Varied, hands-on work across ATMs, print, networking equipment and software.

BEFORE AN OFFER IS MADE

We will ask for a completed application form, a health and physical report, a police clearance, and proof of a valid driver’s licence.

This is one (1) vacancy. In keeping with WORC requirements, applications from Caymanians, spouses of Caymanians, and holders of a Residency and Employment Rights Certificate (RERC) who are qualified and willing to fill the position will be given first consideration.
