Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a countrywide network of brokers for assigning and monitoring REO assets under management
  • Perform Real Estate Asset analysis & segmentation of the portfolio under management for commercialization purposes
  • Visit real estate brokers to monitor the performance of the assigned portfolio and align strategy with the results achieved; provide guidance on the commercialization process set by the Group
  • Follow up the real estate broker network on performance KPIs
  • Coordinate with Group asset management teams (e.g. offer provision, asset marketability feedback) to deliver excellent client service
  • Execute the company's commercialization strategy in new geographical regions
  • Prepare reports regarding commercialization activity for internal and external stakeholders

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or a related field; a postgraduate degree will be considered a plus
  • Proven experience in real estate, asset management or broker-network management (strong work experience with brokers is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and portfolio-segmentation skills
  • Excellent relationship-management, negotiation and communication skills
  • Results orientation with the ability to monitor and act on performance KPIs
  • Very good command of English, written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel countrywide; valid driving license

We Value

Teamwork - Leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders in seamless collaboration

Ethics & Integrity - Acting with transparency and full regulatory compliance

Respect - Building trusted relationships at all levels

Innovation - Applying a strategic mindset and modern tools to every project

Results-driven ownership - Delivering projects on time, in scope, and on budget

We Offer

  • Competitive remuneration package, including fringe benefits
  • Continuous learning and development alongside some of the industry's leaders
  • A dynamic, closely-knit team within an international group — with plenty of knowledge
