Workplace Operations Specialist

Taipei City, TaiwanFull TimePosted Jul 23, 2026

About the Role

We're looking for a Workplace Operation Specialist to join inline's Taiwan office. This role is primarily responsible for day-to-day workplace and administrative operations, with partial support for executive/CEO assistant tasks as needed. We're specifically looking for someone with strong growth potential — the right candidate may progress toward a Workplace Operations (WPO) Manager or CEO Assistant role over time.

What You'll Be Doing

  •  [Primary focus] Own day-to-day workplace operations — covering the scope our workplace function, including but not limited to office administration, company events planning, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • [Secondary focus] Provide partial support to the CEO Assistant function — Manage the CEO's schedule across both business and personal commitments, including appointments and time-sensitive engagements. Handle ad hoc requests and errands with discretion, enabling the CEO to stay focused on high-priority strategic work.
  • Grow into a broader role — for the right candidate, this position is designed as a development track toward WPO Manager or CEO Assistant responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Workplace & Office Administration — Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, facilities requests, and vendor coordination for the Taiwan office
  • Administrative Support — Provide backup and partial support for CEO Assistant tasks (correspondence, scheduling support, ad hoc requests) as needed
  • Cross-team Coordination — Liaise with internal stakeholders to keep office operations running smoothly
  • Event & Logistics Support — Assist with planning and logistics for company events, meetings, and offsites

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in workplace management, office administration, or a related operations role
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin — written and verbal
  • Strong judgment under ambiguity — able to diagnose a situation and propose options before escalating, rather than surfacing problems without a recommended path forward
  • High discretion and sound professional judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive and resourceful — comfortable figuring things out with limited guidance
  • Growth-oriented mindset; open to expanding scope over time as the role develops

Preferred

  • Prior experience supporting senior management or in an executive assistant capacity
  • Experience in a startup, SaaS, or high-growth technology environment
  • Demonstrated initiative or leadership potential (e.g., leading a project, mentoring others, or taking ownership of an initiative)
