Senior Product Manager - Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Business Intelligence and Reporting team in Tel Aviv.

This role will define, shape, and drive reporting capabilities that help regional finance, FP&A, publisher operations, and sales operations make better decisions. You will own the roadmap and day-to-day prioritization for initiatives within your domain, while working with the VP of Product Management and other product managers to secure broader sprint prioritization. You will take work from discovery through rollout, translating business questions into clear requirements, user stories, reporting pipelines, data models, and actionable insights.

This role is well suited to a product manager who is curious, technically fluent, and highly accountable. You will need to step into active conversations quickly, arrange the right meetings, ask direct questions, create clarity from ambiguity, and keep stakeholders and engineering moving toward delivery.

What You Will Do

• Partner with regional finance, FP&A, publisher operations, and sales operations to understand business needs, workflows, pain points, and decision requirements.

• Own and maintain the BI and reporting roadmap for your domain, balancing business value, technical feasibility, dependencies, and delivery capacity.

• Prioritize tasks and initiatives within your area, then advocate for their inclusion in team sprints alongside the VP of Product Management and other PMs.

• Drive initiatives end to end, from discovery and definition through development, release, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success measures, and delivery plans.

• Work with data and engineering teams to build and improve reporting pipelines, data models, BI reports, and supporting data infrastructure.

• Lead agile product practices for your initiatives, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, demos, and release coordination.

• Manage stakeholders across functions and geographies, communicate trade-offs, surface risks, and drive decisions without formal authority.

• Validate that reporting is accurate, understandable, usable, and aligned to the business questions it is intended to answer.

• Create clear documentation, release communications, and enablement materials to support adoption.

What will I Bring:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, SaaS, or a related technical environment.

• Demonstrated product management maturity and ownership, with the ability to move work forward independently and follow through to completion.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to uncover the right questions, challenge assumptions, and turn ambiguity into an actionable plan.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including the ability to lead without formal authority.

• Experience partnering with engineering and data teams on complex requirements, dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery decisions.

• A bias toward action, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to proactively create momentum rather than wait for direction.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.

Experience That Is Helpful:

• SQL, data modeling, warehouse design, semantic layers, and reporting pipeline concepts.

• BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Datorama.

• Distributed data stores and relational database management systems, including Vertica or Druid - based reporting services.

• Financial reporting, FP&A, margin analysis, publisher operations, or sales operations.

• Agile development practices and experience working with globally distributed teams.
